Girard Street Apartments is an affordable housing community designed for active residents ages 55 and better and provides the best combination of comfort, affordability, and convenience. Located in a quiet neighborhood just off Rhode Island Avenue NE Girard Street, we offer 25 one bedroom perfectly sized units. Each one-bedroom apartment home offers a generous floor plan, wood-like and ceramic tile flooring throughout, and energy-efficient, individually controlled heating and cooling systems. The kitchens are equipped with energy efficient appliances and granite countertops. Following are the income guidelines and rental rates applicable to The Baldwin. The following qualifying income limits apply for all future residents. In order to qualify, the maximum household total gross income based on the number of occupants in your home must be less than noted in the following chart.
